The Flame Ladder

Four stages. Promotion is earned, never sold.

Every founder in Startup Flame sits at exactly one stage. You move up by score and demonstrated work, not by payment. This is the path from a raw idea to an investment-ready company, and what each stage gives you.

STAGE 01

Spark

FREE

A registered idea and a founder profile. This is where everyone starts.

What you get
Your idea is scored within seven days of every session, against the same criteria an incubator would apply, with honest written feedback on where you stand.
Cost
Free, always.
Why it matters
You find out whether your idea holds up before you spend months building the wrong thing.
STAGE 02

Ember

FOUNDER SPRINT

Shortlisted founders join the Founder Sprint, a paid working cohort. It starts at the ₹1,999 Saturday Founder Workshop, your lowest-risk way in.

What you get
Structured work on your problem, customer and business model, with live facilitation and peers building alongside you. You leave with a validated idea and a scored one-page business model.
Cost
Paid. This is where you invest in turning an idea into something real.
Why buy in
Guidance, structure and honest challenge that a founder working alone rarely gets. You stop guessing and start building on evidence.
STAGE 03

Flame

VENTURE SERVICES

Building for real. The unglamorous company-building work, done with you.

What you get
Incorporation, legal, brand and MVP support to stand up an actual company, engaged by your choice for cash, or cash plus a small advisory equity share of 0.5 to 1 percent.
Cost
By engagement, structured the way you choose.
Why it matters
You reach investors as a real company, not a pitch deck.
STAGE 04

Blaze

ALWAYS FREE

Revenue-generating and investment-ready.

What you get
Presentation to angels, incubators and diaspora investors, through NestOne Bridge, the group's US and India advisory practice.
Cost
Always free. Investor access is never sold.
Why it matters
The founders who reach here are the ones investors trust, because they came up the ladder on merit.

The point

Promotion is earned, never sold. That is why what comes out the top is worth an investor's time, and why the paid stages in the middle are an investment in becoming that founder, not a fee to skip the line.
